The quality and color of the jacket are spot on, however I wore it for the first time and it does not get but luke warm on high, there are 3 levels. Suppose to have heat in the sleeves and I felt no heat what so ever. I have been in contact with the company about other issues and they have been quick to respond so I will update this post when I know more. Update on 2/22/23 Seller has been in constant contact with me about my jacket not working properly. They offered to send me a new jacket on them which was very nice since I live in a rural area and have over an hr drive to even return it properly in the city. I have recieved the new jacket and battery is charging per 10 hrs at their request before using. Next time I wear the jacket I will report my findings on the item. The customer service with this company has been spot on and quick to respond to my concerns. Update on 2/27/23 Recieved the new jacket and yes it is much better and all heating elements heat up. I believe that the jacket does appear to cool down when on high after about 10 to 15 minutes but overall its a nice quality jacket and customer service has been outstanding!! Yes I recommend the jacket but however I believe its a bit on the pricey side in comparison to the Milwaukee brands but Milwaukee does not have hot pink and this is a beautiful hot pink jacket!! (Real Review) I am a 5'4 plus size woman and got the black men's in 2XL. The only reason is being I like things more loose and bigger when getting jackets and the 2XL is definitely big. The sleeves go past my fingers which I'm fine with. PROS -Very warm everywhere. Especially the back. It gets hot. The button has three different modes. Red, being the hottest then Blue then Green. All good temperatures for how you are feeling. -The battery last for quite a bit. Enough for a whole day depending how much you turn it on and off but without the battery the jacket is warm enough when not on. -Pockets!!!! Kinda in weird places but the main pockets are a little higher than usual but that's not a problem. -Looks good. The velcro spots on the sleeves are nice. It comes with a couple of velcro patches already. One with an eagle and an American flag. I plan to buy some different ones. Also, you can't go wrong with black. -The hoodie of the jacket is a little small to fit my head but I have a larger size head anyway but it does cover all of my head. Also, in the main larger pockets there are strings attached to the hoodie so pulling down on the strings pull the hoodie tighter around your face and then you can put it through the loops to keep it tight around the face. (Confusing sorry) -When zipped all the way up, it covers my mouth. A plus when it's really fkin cold. CONS -The heavy battery is stored on the one side of the jacket so it pulls the jacket down on the one side. It kind annoying. The batteries charges for ages. I would say at least half a day to get it 100 percent and if you forget to charge it welp good luck. -So the material of it gets very static-y and when the heated jacket is on it shocks my arms quite a bit. The shocks don't hurt or anything but enough so I react physically. Not a big deal to me but be mindful of that. -Washed it a couple of times and taking out the electric part is a hassle for sure. Overall, very good for cold cold winters and I would recommend it to everyone! ... show more

I can't love this coat more!!!! Iowa winters can be brutal and this coat has done wonders! Beautiful color, I've gotten so many compliments on that alone. The battery is slightly heavy, but it's not a problem. It sits at my waist and zips right up. Sometimes because I'm a pear shape and some coats are tight in the hips. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, unless of course iowa winters magically start to stay warm. Until then, I'll stay toasty warm in my beautiful heated jacket! ... show more

The battery that comes with the jacket is a bit undersized. It warms fine but eats up the batter quickly. Additionally, although rainproof and comfortable, this jacket is not wind proof. Wind goes right through it. Otherwise is could be a really good jacket.

Bought this for hubby as wedding anniversary gift. It was perfect because we ended up going to Monterey Peninsula for 4 days. They had a cold and extremely windy days. He wore this jacket with high setting (5 hours at least) and switched to medium setting indoors. Battery life lasted all day. Kept him toasty. Best present ever. I’m writing this a month after buying and still going strong. Of course I bought one too. Bought small male version because of all the pockets. A little shorter in length than I’d expected. I AM 6’3” but it comes just below my belt. Doesn’t stop me from wearing it though. Anyway. Warm as heck on high. I wear it under my riding leathers. This morning was 38°F and I was comfortable.

I love the weight of this jacket -light and warm. Bought in fall 2022, the zipper just broke on the second snow day in March 2023. Warranty information I have to look up. Support windows closed though. Wish the warranty info was there.

I can feel the heat, but barely even on high. Definitely not going to keep me warm enough on cold days. Mostly just an ordinary, nice coat. UPDATE: Great customer service.
