  • It's intimidating when you see all the parts.
This arrived in 2 large boxes. Nothing came pre-assembled. It was very intimidating when first opened because of the huge quantity of parts. The instructions list 66 steps for assembly!! All parts were precisely part marked and easy to read from a distance as I had all the parts spread all over the yard. I said to myself "oh man what did I get myself into?". I've been a helicopter mech and machinist for 35 years so I said to myself "challenge accepted (hope im not missing any parts)". I took it one step at a time and the instructions were mostly diagrams but they were excellent. All questions of part identification, orientation and hardware usage were concise and accurate. NO.PARTS.WERE.MISSING!!!! It took me 5 hrs to assemble but I took 3 breaks due to the 100 degree Florida weather. The hinges and door latch/lock had only small attachment screws which did work, however any passing thief with a screwdriver could have disassembled/removed the hinges or latch in about 15 seconds. So I removed the included hardware and purchased 34ea. 10-24 x 1" bolts with washers and locking nuts. I drilled through with a #10 drill and installed the upgraded hardware for additional security. I discovered you could put the window on either side of the shed if you were so inclined without any trouble if you switched the wall parts in steps 13 and 19. Additionally I believe I could disassemble this to it's basic subassemblies and transport and reassemble this fairly easy as opposed to a metal shed which would begin corroding immediately and I would most likely be unable to reuse the corroded hardware. This purchase is classified as very good and I am completely satisfied for a product in this price point. ... show more

  • Patio Shed.
It was so hard to put together. It doesn't seem very strong... but considering I've had a couple of storms since building it, it has maintain its position, so that's good. The only thing I dislike is that the screws are rusting already.

  • A lot of work!
Guess I should have done more research. This came in way too many pieces and not very sturdy. Similar to yard sign material. Very hard to assemble. Returned it.

  • Flimsy
So many pieces and very cheap looking. Should have returned immediately but knew it would be a hassle. Hoping the wind doesn’t knock it over.

  • Husband likes it
I bought this bc I needed something quicker than HD delivery. I have the SAME EXACT complaint as another review. It is very cheaply made. Material is very flimsy. We had trouble lining the doors up. Curious to see how it’ll hold up with a thunderstorm. Not worth the 400 dollars. Upside: it’s aesthetically nice & husband is happy with it. It’s serving its purpose. ... show more

  • Look at the parts, look at the instructions, I mean REALLY look at them, and then do it
This storage shed has many pieces and took a lot of time and effort putting together, but when I was done I was amazed how sturdy it is. There is no moving side to side, the roof attaches solidly, and it has a floor. But don’t kid yourself, one person putting this together will not get it done in 5 hours. I'm a competent engineer and it took me over 15 hours to get it done. That was just me working on it. Things to be aware of: 1. Pay attention to the screws specified in each step in the instructions, there are about 5 different types of screws in individually marked bags. 2. The plastic panels are tongue and groove construction and the instructions will tell you to put them together. The very next instruction might tell you to turn them over, but when you do they will fall apart. It may be easier to put them together turned over. 3. Make sure you keep the ‘grooves between boards’ on the same side. 4. The plastic panels often fit in a channel on the plastic molding. I can be an advantage to spread the channel to allow easier insertion of the panel. The channel will go back to its normal configuration over time. 5. The instructions tell you to assemble the roof completely as one piece, and then put it on. You would need at least 2 people, and 3 would be better. 1 person inside the shed to guide the walls into the channels on the roof assembly, 1 on the left and 1 on right ends of the roof to lift it into place. 6. It is much easier if after you have the roof completely assembled take it apart into left and right halves. You can do this by removing 2 screws close to the peak, and pull it apart. Then work on one half at a time starting with the half that covers the peak. Spread the channel in the roof half and 1 person can fit it on. Then fit the other roof half making sure the channel fits over the top of the walls. 1 person can put the entire roof on. I am pleased with the end result, it’s a strong plastic storage shed. ... show more

  • Not worth it.
This was a gift for my daughter. It is ver cheaply made. Followed instruction to the letter and had trouble lining the doors up. My fear is it won't last the 1st thunderstorm. If she hadn't had it mostly put together I would have returned it. Not worth the 400+ dollars.
