I took some pics of this case alongside another case I purchased for comparison. I like this case better mainly for the EVA material, the size, and the handle + shoulder strap. The other cases I show in the pic are essentially the same only branded by two different companies and made of two different surface materials. The green case is from Annapro and it's made out of PU leather which I didn't like bc I've had a history of that material cracking when on other items. The grey case is from COOWPS and it's made of cloth which I don't like bc it seems like it will get dirty and isn't quite waterproof. Both of these two cases resemble the shape and size of the official Meta Quest case. The case from Devaso is a bit different in that the top part that opens is roomier and it has a nice wipeable EVA surface with what I think is good waterproofing (haven't tried wetting it). I was a bit concerned that this case was going to be too big but as you can see from the pictures it is actually a bit squatter than the other ones despite having a little more height when laying down. The added girth allows you to sit the case down with the handle facing up similar to a guitar case. The handle and strap are fantastic in my opinion. I don't like handling the other cases as they feel long and don't have anything to really grab onto except the cheap loop handle. I was a bit concerned I might not like stamp VR but it's much more unassuming then it looks in the pictures to me. One of the major drawbacks of this case that I will have to tweak is that theres no cutouts within the case to provide cushion for the headset nor support for the controllers. I might get creative and buy some of that foam that you can carve out. Overall this case provides a tight fit so that might be a little tough to pull off. Lastly I want to mention that the head strap I have on the Destek one with the 2nd adjustment for the top of the head. This is one of the larger head straps and it fits no problem. I can actually fit this head strap in the upper portion of the case on it's own. This means I could probably rock with two adjustable headstraps in this case, something I will try in the future. ... show more

I decided on this case because, at the time, it seemed to fit my needs. It still does with a couple of exceptions. Here are the pros/cons of this case in my honest opinion. Pros: 1: It has a hard shell case that is harder than normal so adding it to a bag is only advised if it is a bigger luggage bag. 2: The strap that comes with the case is comfortable for travel. 3: It says it is waterproof. However, while not testing this fully, it was carried in misting rain and seemed to shed water off well. 4:The space inside is adequate for storing the Meta Quest 2, head strap, controllers, and most (most) charging items. Now for the cons: 1: As stated, you cannot fit all charging items inside. If you use a different headset with an external battery, you need a charging brick for that as well as the headset and other cables. 2: The width of the case is not quite wide enough but it does fit the brand of the headset I have which is LoqdiVR. Those are the only cons I have encountered. While I have only used this case for a couple of months, it fits the needs of what it is used for so far. The case is large and roomy, and I do like the extra zipper pouch in the lid for accessories. However there is no internal molding to hold things in place, and the elastic straps aren't really sufficient either. I'm worried about how easily the controllers will rattle around in there with the headset (and the headset can move around, too!). Also no lens cover/protector like many other cases. ... show more

This case is quite protective and thank goodness they started making ones that can handle the upgraded head straps. It does a fantastic job at the <$30 price point. The metals and rubbers are well-integrated and the shoulder strap looks great - good fit and finish there. Everything looks quite sturdy, though I'm a little worried that the waterproof water coating won't survive too much abrasion or rough handling... I guess we'll see how this does over time. Areas for improvement (most of these are nitpicks, not cons): They could use more mesh on the accessory pouch up top. This still fits my Orzero strap, but it pushes into the accessory mesh, pulling the case and zipper inward (attached picture to show what I'm talking about). The top carry handle gives away this item's price. It feels great and functions well, but the finish is very lacking. The chrome is very uneven and cheap looking while the plastic handle looks like someone with oily fingers carried it. It was also molded/cut badly as there are lots of imperfections. The rubber smells - it's not bad as you only smell it when it's on your lap The packaging was just a clear plastic bag - works just fine, but doesn't look great if you were looking to gift this item to someone. Overall fantastic case for the price. If they fix that top carry handle and loosen that accessory mesh, this would look very premium.. like compete at double the price even. ... show more

I retuned it before it even left the house! There is a much better one but cant put link here! I have tried so many ones until I found the right one. There is no space like it claims its just bad!
