I mounted my Lamp behind my DELL Desk Top Computer, with a 24 inch Monitor, footed 4" over the desk. The Lamp provides adjustable lightening levels and difference lightening frequencies. It has three switches controlling the lamp and one switch for setting 45 minute lightening periods. In general, the lamp is well designed and provides more-than-enough light (as opposed to my USB powered lamp). Nice features not mentioned: a magnetized screw driver & extra screws provided. Disappointments: 1. No instructions for connecting the two vertical supports and after two attempts my lamp is loose at that connection-point. 2.
