These are so beautiful and well made. The frame is real wood and wasn’t quite as “rustic” in color as I wanted so I actually stained mine with a deeper less yellow color and sealed it. Then I hung them up. Just waiting on the prints. I will say instead if a sawtooth center hanger it has 2 of the triangle hangers - annoying. I used some picture hanging wire to fix that so I only had to nail 1 hole per frame instead of 4 total. ... show more

During a tumultuous time in my life, I dedicated the only “free” evening in weeks to measuring, calculating and mapping out a gallery wall for nine frames in entryway. Took them all out of the package, flipped them over upside down, to measure the exact placement of the hooks and then mapping out their placement on the wall. After FINALLY hanging them (horizontally), I stepped back and realized all were hanging crooked, the left side hanging almost an inch lower than the right! I look at the back and the hooks are all attached off-center. All 12 (had to buy 3 sets of four to get 9). All hang lop sided. And, one has defective glass: a swirly mark is imprinted in the glass and it’s very noticeable, as the light bounces off it from every direction. No way to contact seller, I would happily reach out to them to ask them to simply send me new back inserts for the frames with centered hooks, if they could do that, there wouldn’t be a need to ship all 12 back to them. What a waste of 3 hours. What a freakin joke. I’m sure China doesn’t care, they’ll keep sending these defective frames to whomever will buy. ... show more

Very happy! I ordered these to frame some 11x14 prints I ordered from an artist. I was a little worried due to the negative reviews and talk of the glass being dirty. My order arrived packaged EXTREMELY well. There was a box within a box and at the center the product was bubble wrapped. My order arrived via FedEx and the box was partially crushed, so I assumed the glass frames were cracked before I even opened. Nope! The frames are a medium-dark brown. The glass is pretty clean. I did give the glass a quick wipe down before installing the prints. Artwork looks great and professionally matted! I plan to order more of this item. ... show more

I originally bought 8 of the rustic frames but they looked too unfinished, so I returned them and bought the black. The black frames are gorgeous! The look great on our gallery wall. I will caution that I had to pay $35 for shipping and then another $15 for a box to ship the original frames back. That was quite irritating. Also, these frames break so easily! I used command strips to hang the frames and when two fell off the wall (they were hung about 2 feet off the ground), the wood frame broke instantly. I had to buy another set of frames, which was quite disappointing. I also received one order where the glass in both frames was shattered. Amazon did replace them for no additional charge so that was great. ... show more

I bought one package of 16x20 (two frames) to see if they were what I wanted. They were perfect. Narrow face and sturdy construction. And the packing was incredible! Double boxed, with lots of styrofoam at the corners. Very impressed, as I read reviews stating the frames arrived broken. So happy with first order, I ordered 3 more packages. When I opened the box all of these tiny light brown pellets went everywhere! I’m hoping they weren’t poop of some rodent but I honestly have no idea what they could be. I have hardwood floors and they scattered upon hitting the floor. Then more spilled out when I pulled out the actual frames. I have a baby who puts everything in his mouth so I’m hoping I found all of those stupid things. The picture frames themselves were a little dusty but otherwise fine. ... show more
