This by far is handsdown the most perfect fit for my nose and what I paid for given its also real gold! I like that's it's hard to open and close which told me after a night of sleeping with it in that it won't come off so easily. It's really comfortable and I got the look that I also wanted since it's hard to find smaller sizes that don't hang down so much but very well made so I wouldn't change anything about it at all and this is now my forever ring I never want to take off a day in my life and it won't roll around so bad like the one I started with did but that got so annoying to fix it back, I'm more about cleaning it then going about my day so don't be discouraged by the price, I feel it is worth it plus it's best for me since I can't really do any other metals. I feel if you struggle trying to find a good ring for your nose but have it close to the front, whatever that may be for you, this one will help for those who have the same issue as I did and I don't have a very big nose to begin with. I ordered these Nov. They are still sitting in the same spot since November. So I ordered these from the same company and the price has dropped. I'm happy with these for my grandson. I'm not happy that the first pair is still in the same shipping spot since November. I can't cancel that order. I'm not happy with this company at all. How can one still be sitting and I ordered another pair to make sure I have them for Christmas and they come in two days. And calling Amazon is a joke. I have to wait till Jan 14 to cancel. The first pair with shipping was over 100. 00 the second pair they were 16.00 each. Not happy !!! I'll rate the earrings at a five. The company gets a fat zero ... show more

I got these to switch from the initial flatbacks from the helix piercings. They are solid, weighty for the size ( in a good way) and close tightly. Perfect.

The 6mm is perfect for a snug fit on septum. I did try it for a nose hoop as well and that was too small for me. I am ordering an 8mm to try for a nose hoop.
