    • Excellent quality and price for my Glock G42
Fits my Glock 42 perfectly. Slips free of holster easily when drawing. Comfortable. Minimal printing (slightly at the butt of the grip) I read a few reviews complaining that holster comes out of pocket with the gun when drawing. You should never rely solely on the tackiness of the holster or even the tab feature to prevent this problem. Pockets are not all the same. Some are wide/shallow/deep/narrow/etc. causing different degrees of retention. I always start my draw with my ring finger and thumb on the grip and give a light push against the holster with my middle finger till I feel the holster and pistol start to separate. Then I move my middle finger to the grip and complete the draw. This method takes no more time than any other method and it always ensures that the holster stays in my pocket. Another G42 owner complained about the large tab. I like the large tab. It keeps my pistol oriented properly, helps me clear the holster (see above), and helps disguise my pistol. I use the Desantis Nemesis when I pocket carry. Since I wear suspenders and no belt I use an Outbags Calamity series Hybrid with UltiClip for IWB carry.     • Doesn't Conceal very well at all
I purchase this item to conceal my g42 for pocket carry. The holster does hold the G42 well, but does nothing or very little to conceal what is in your pocket. Actually my G42 conceals better with out this case. I will keep looking at other options.

I'm a little perplexed why this has so many good reviews. I tried this in several types of pants pockets. Jeans, cargo pants, etc & in every case it sits crooked in the pocket & thus gets stuck in it trying retrieve it. In cargo pants the whole pocket turns inside out with the holster coming out when trying to get it out. Not acceptable if my life is on the line. ... show more

Perfect holster for those times when you don't want to strap on a belt and a full inside the waistband holster. For little runs to the shop, just toss this in your pocket with your favorite firearm and you're good to go. Fits great, stays in the pocket when drawn, highly recommend.

I recently purchased the Glock 43 version of this holster. The packaging was labeled for the Glock 43 and the packaging for this unit was labeled Glock 42. The truth is the two holsters are the EXACT same size. The holster for the Glock 43 fit my 43 and it also fit my 42. Specifications in the adds show slightly different dimensions. They are exactly the same. The holster fits both guns well though. ... show more

I’m a large guy (6’3, 250lbs) so IWB carry isn’t comfortable for me, and I don’t do it; but this I can do. The quality of the holster is very good, it completely covers the trigger, and it fits the gun perfectly. Ya, the Glock 42 can print but how much will depend on the type of pants you wear (jeans/slacks/loose fit/slim fit/etc...). Personally... I don’t really care, as long as it’s concealed, and I’m relatively comfortable... It is; and I am. ... show more

    • Nice Pocket Holster for Glock 42
I purchased this pocket holster for my Glock 42. It's always hard to tell from the pictures how big or small a product is. However this holster is the perfect size and fits into the front pocket of my Wranglers fine. My only complaint is that the handle prints a little bit, meaning that the handle can be seen a little through the pants because it isn't covered and flat like the rest of the gun. Most people will have no idea what's in your pocket, but if your looking for a perfectly flat look, then this may not be the holster you want. I'll still carry with it since I like my shirts a little longer anyways. If you were to put it in some baggy shorts pocket it wouldn't show at all. The outer fabric of the holster is grippy so it won't slide around if you need to pull the gun out which is nice. In all, I would recommend this holster. ... show more
