I had a professionally made bruxism guard and lost it traveling back-and-forth to the hospital. When my husband was in cancer treatment this has been a great economical replacement. My bf grinds his teeth at night, it seems as though we’ve tried every night guard in the market. These dental night guards are the most comfortable for him, stay in all night, and significantly help the headache and pain grinding causes. Added plus, the 3 pack is a great deal! 10/10

    • Forget all the night guards just buy this every few months
I've tried it all, dentist office types, the cheap DIY subscriptions, and various DIY that are sold on here. This one is the only one that lasted the course and is super easy to do, and that little white plastic holder is the key. One gripe I have is that I wish I could buy just the molding itself. Instead of having to buy a new set and throwing out not only wasteful packaging but also the white tray every few months. ... show more

if you just follow the steps, it’s easy to get this properly. easy to use once done. it’s my first time using this as i grind my teeth in my sleep. it was strange at first, but now it has gotten better. it’s not so big, so you can easily breathe. if done properly, it stays attached to your top teeth without falling. it helps me relax my jaw during the night. ... show more

My dentist insisted that I needed to use a night guard. Rather than spending hundreds for a custom made one, I bought this to do it myself. The instructions were straight forward and I got it set up under 10 minutes. I guess it works well enough. The material is flavorless and so far has lasted. Grind my teeth hard at night, I'm told. And I can feel it in the morning. This is the best mouthguard I've used so far. Hardly know it's there. Made in USA and BPA free (or so the packaging says). Highly recommend.

Too big, bulky, unable to close mouth when using which brings on whole new set of problems. Difficult to form to teeth, fell out within 5 minutes of use. Unable to return even though bought through prime and says returnable. I now have useless product, wasted money.
