The media could not be loaded. The trick is to match the tips to the shape and size of the dent. This kit has everything needed. It even has different strength hot glue. It's taking me a while to know where to put the tips. It's really important to glue properly. Clean well and use enough glue to get a good bond. Is there a video that demonstrates how to use the tips for different dents. That would helpful .The only reason for a 4 on ease of removal was because I chipped the paint with a razor blade. Use something not as sharp, but came off easily. ... show more
