Fit same as OEM. Denso is OEM so very good radiator for the price. No issues so far. Does come with trans cooler fittings aswell. Does not come with new temp sensor. but you can remove the plug and install the old sensor in.

Quality radiator. Replaced a number of radiators in my life, it's hard to beat Denso on quality or price. Why my local retailers don't carry it anymore is beyond me. They're selling cheaply made, subpar quality items for double and triple the price of this quality piece. Denso even goes so far to QC the tightness of their connections with paint dots assuring once you get the item installed, you don't have to worry about all the connection ports leaking like you'll find with some other brands. I installed this in my daughter's 2002 Lexus IS300. I was concerned about the comments by others about the temp sensor. My OEM temp sensor fit in the hole without any problem. My OEM Sensor had an intenal O-ring, but nothing on the mating surface. I removed the rubber gasket from the plug on the radiator and installed that on my temp sensor. I put a could of wraps of heavy duty (Grey) teflon tape for good measure. I snugged it up and leak checked it. No leaks whatsoever. My radiator fan fit, but the mounting holes were a little off. I managed to get it lined up without to much effort. It installed easily. I got a new radiator cap, and this radiator already had a drain plug installed. This exact same radiator was more that twice the cost at my local auto parts store, and they did not have it in stock. For the price, this beats trying to seal up a cracked plastic radiator top or pouring some stop leak in your system and risking clogging your heater core. The only tools you need to change this out is a 10MM socket, an extension to remove the air cleaner, some pliers to remove the hose clamp, and a bucket to catch the fluid. ... show more

Great looking radiator and ALL mounting holes were dialed to original. I was able to reuse the coolant sending unit by replacing the o-ring. The drain cock was a different story. Instructions for the radiator do not mention to replace or use new one. I left the new one in and sure enough it leaked. We tried tightening it to stop the leak to the point that the end broke off:/ Shucks!!!! I suggest that the new radiator gets filled to check if the drain cock works or just replace with the original (with new o-ring) or a brand new one. ... show more
