I try to have a nice portion of fruit at least once a day. I have been using the Del Monte Sugar Free in cans, but decided to try the individual portions. Not overly impressed. They are more convenient than the cans in that you get a single portion (their selection of 4 oz) and don't have leftovers which must be refrigerated. If you want a bit more, it's another 4 oz even if you only wanted a couple oz more. I think the taste is not quite as good as the cans. Could be just an impression, but it is mine. Probably the worst part is getting them open without a mess on the counter and your hands. The top must be pulled off very firmly. Good part - they don't leak. Bad part - the juice has a tendency to squirt out onto the surface of the counter and often onto your hands. The containers are full to the brim. Really hard to open without spillage. I have to very slowly pull the tab up a little and then try to drink the excess juice out before opening completely. Sometimes works fine, other times it still is messy. Plan on washing your hands after eating the contents because the juice will be on them 80% of the time. After finishing my purchase of these cups, I will just go back to the cans. My choice. You'll have to make your own. ... show more
