I like these as a quick breakfast or with my lunch at work, but they're also a great dessert substitute and recommended food before bedtime. Do I feel smarter or more focused? Gonna need a longer study for that...I'll happily take more if you need a test subject ;)

Kids in the USA get less DHA than children in some 3rd world contries....DHA is super important for brain development, so we get it in whenever we can. These taste great and add to the DHA we give to our little one.....a little pricey, but not too bad.....5 stars!

As a mom with a 'special needs ' child who also has other medical condition, I'm always looking for healthy food/snacks to supplement her daily diet..since she is a picky eater....I found this during my search...You can always count on my honesty with my reviews...Just start using the product...not expecting any miracles....just needed something nuttrious and tasty...but the positive note, is that it has Vitamin C...which help to boost the immune system, it has Choline and Omega-3s good for brain function....And NO added sugar. So its a great snack and great addition to the lunch kit....Plus it comes it various flavors..I am trying the Apple/Cinnamon now and the kids seems to like....no complain so far ... show more

I used to feed my three kids troll caught baby albacore tuna to get them the Omega 3s they need for mental development (Troll-caught albacore are younger and have a high percentage of Omega-3s and because they are younger, they have a lower mercury content than adult fish since mercury is a cumulative toxin). This is a much better way to get my kids DHA and Omega 3s! It doesn't contain any mercury, requires no preparation, and the kids love the taste! They still want their tuna melts on occasion, but tucking these in their lunch box has now become part of my daily routine. I wish they came in bigger packs as we burn through 10 every few days :) ... show more
