Shade material is thick and good quality. Well constructed, easy installation and much nicer than I was expecting. These are used in our bedroom and the blackout backing material works wonderfully, even with the light color shade. Since we got the feature that doesn’t have chains to raise and lower, we weren't quite sure if we were supposed to cut the little string on the back of the shade before installing to allow it to go up and down (hard to describe, but it kind of looked like something you were supposed to take off.) I texted the sellers and they responded very quickly. (Don’t cut anything on the back of the shade, if you’re curious.) We would definitely buy from them again. ... show more

This is the second Roman shade I've ordered from this company, and like the first, it is tailored, clean and beautiful. The vendor texts and emails to make sure that the specs you sent in are indeed what you intended. I got this shade for a door with a window type opening, and I wanted it to have a folded look even when completely covering the glass. The vendor made sure I was taking the doorknob clearance into account (I was, but I appreciated the reminder.) I will say it took just a little longer to get the blind this time than it did a few years ago when I ordered my first one, but between workers and supply chains, it was still quite fast. Ordered these with the chain pull and light filtering lining. Super pleased with them had them about 2 yrs. Installed in Ma. bath. 5 ft long window. Complete privacy when bright lights on in bathroom at night but still allows filtered light during day when closed. Held up well. No issues at all. The fabric has a nice weight to it. These are beautifully made and high quality for being on Amazon. My only complaint is that because the brackets hang so far out, on an outside mount, it doesn’t block out all the sun like I was hoping. It does not butt up against the wall. I don’t think that’s an issue with the Roman shades tho. It’s because of an outside mount. Very well worth the money and I appreciate the quality. My shades are beautiful! They are well made, light, easy to hang, in fact they were the easiest shades I ever hung!! What is most impressive is their customer service, it is TOP NOTCH!!
