Just bought, but so far, it's been a great phone case. Although it's imitation leather, it looks luxurious. Practical: only case I've found that holds ten (!) cards, and still closes well. Most others won't close well with just 3 cards. Even has a coin purse, which I use for holding folding money. Fully loaded, it becomes a bit thick (about 1"), but that's just physics; it's not a black hole. Lanyard's also a classy touch. Some complain about premature wear, but it feels pretty solid to me. We'll see - at this price, I'm willing to risk it. One recommendation; a drop of 3-in-one oil on the coin purse zipper will keep it working smoothly. ... show more

I have been looking for something small that would hold my phone and credit cards. I like the look of this, and it is lightweight, easy to carry around. The only drawbacks are that it doesn’t fit in my back pocket (it will in the front) or make hands free talking while driving as easy. Pros: 1. I have owned this phone wallet case for 10 months and the wear is hardly noticeable. 👍🏻 2. There is plenty of room for ID, etc plus it has a coin storage compartment (zipper) and still closes well. 👌🏻 Has not lost its shine in 10 months. Nicee! Cons: 1. I had to replace this case because the wrist carrying support became detached from the case (see picture). It could use some improvement with wrist carrying support feature. 2. I ordered another one because I like the wallet so much! However. the first case I ordered 10 months ago came with a dent in the front (see picture, the one on the right). I kept it because it thought it was caused by shipping and it would go away after some time but it did not go away 10 months in. Now it is time for me to reorder (due to wrist support damage from daily wrist carrying use) so they sent me a new one (see picture- it’s the left one) and guess what …it arrived and with a dent again! And in the same exact spot too. Therefore this is not a shipping issue. This time I am sending it back. I will reorder. I hope to receive one without a defect. It is a great wallet otherwise. I give it a 4 1/2 stars because of the dent but I cannot give it a 5 because the wrist support can use improvement with durability (it’s not poor quality (which is why I re-ordered) but it’s not great either). However, if you do not plan on carrying it on your wrist all of the time (like I do) then you should be just fine …minus the dent! ... show more

I love the color, the ability to have my ID, credit cards, and medical insurance cards all with my phone. There is a zippered money pocket but it’s too small to put bills into unless you fold the bills in half and then half again. It’s also a little bit thick to put in the back pocket of my jeans but it does fit. I also really like the wrist strap. It’s not leather so I really don’t know how long it will last but I will probably need a new phone by the time it wears out. ... show more

    • FINAL REVIEW - ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT

Just received this case and did not come with the wrist strap. Disappointed. Craftsmanship appears good. Zipper seems to stick and is hard to open and close. Phone fits well in the case. Snaps appear sturdy. Only time will tell. Just not sure if I’ll use it long as I always use a wrist strap. I’ll try it a day or two but honestly I’ll probably end up using my old worn out case because it still has a wrist strap. Old habits die hard I guess. UPDATE Customer service reached out to me today and are sending out a new replacement case to include a wrist strap free of charge. I will re-evaluate the new case when it gets here to see how the zipper is and of course to use the wrist strap. I am very pleased with the speediness of customer service so far and am hopeful that the replacement doesn’t get forgotten about or takes a long time to arrive. I’ll re-post another update as soon as I can. FINAL UPDATE.. I am ecstatic! My replacement case came and I must say... I am IN LOVE with this case!! The zipper one the new case, zips like a charm. No snags, ease of use and stays closed. The snaps are heavy duty and I do not fear them coming open at all. The phone sleeve on the inside fits like a glove so my phone stays super safe. The wristlet.... well.... what can i say?!!! IT IS AMAZING!! very nicely made, great stitching, heavy quality and in my personal opinion, definelty made this case for me!! The card slots are perfect size as well. Tight enough to hold your cards firmly but not so tight that you cant get your license out! And the customer service... let me just say, the customer service for this company is superb!! They were courteous, timely, very response, and truly cared about my situation. I wish more companies had such fantastic customer service!! If you're still second guessing this case, don't! It's amazing!! ... show more
