I was skeptical about buying this towel warmer because the reviews were not that great but I gave it a shot anyway! The towel warmer heats up pretty fast and it is a nice size for small towels. I absolutely love it and even though the reviews weren’t great sometimes you have to try things out for yourself because people are never satisfied, you can’t please every one! This towel warmer fits nicely in small places and it looks very sleek and well put together. So I recently went on a trip and I got steamed towels from the flight attendants. It was a nice touch, and was very refreshing. So when I got home I decided I wanted to add that to my routine. It's amazing. I wake up in the morning, turn the dial a little bit and get a nice wake up. Before I go to bed, I turn the dial a little bit and refresh my face, hands, and feet. The media could not be loaded. Get your towels hot quick just by adding water and setting the timer. Towels get super hot, use tongs to remove towels.

This steamer was smaller than I had thought. In the picture, it looks like it could fit 9 towels, but they must have used small washcloths because only three of my hand towels fit when lying down. However, even though it is small it heats the towels super fast and they get HOT. It comes with tongs which is nice because the towels get hot. It also has a timer that turns the steamer off when the time runs out but it can keep the towels warm still for up to a half hour after the time runs out. I'm a traveling Esthetician, so having something to allow me to have hot towels on the go is great! I bought this in January and have used it 3 times since then (it's now April) and the timer on the steamer works... however the heating element does not.. Just like all my tools and supplies everything is cleaned, sanitized and stored away in a clean dry space. Not sure why this is no longer working but definitely was hoping to get more than 4 months of use. ... show more

Best purchase I've made for my massage therapy practice. Pros: has a set timer for when you want to set the temperature for your towels and hot stones, will heat and sanitize which is a plus. Cons: it does run on water so you must refill everytime if you want to run a consistent hot Towels. Other than that it's very simple to build and ready to go.
