This is a beautiful tree, fits nicely into a smaller area. When assembled the flocking stayed on very well. My only complaint is that the lights used do not allow adding other lights and cascading the plugs. The plugs that connect the lights on the three sections are very unusual and only allow the single strand to be connected. The media could not be loaded. I like the size and the flocking. There’s a screw missing for the base and the lights don’t stay on. There like a strobe light and it gives you a migraine. It’s horrible! Unable to find a phone number, or a way to communicate with the manufacturer or seller. Very frustrating! I would like to keep it if we could fix the problems, but it looks like I will have to return it. Very disappointed. Within a couple of hours of having it on blinking it no longer lights up at all. This tree is beautiful and realistic looking im happy with the fullness. It may be on my part not realizing how short it was. I wanted a smaller tree to have in my living room becasue our great big one goes in our den but expected a bit bigger. Im using it for my front porch so it worked out.
