These come compressed, which is fine, but after three days of letting them resume their full size, they are not as advertised. The thin sheets are indeed 0.4" but the main two pieces are supposed to be 2", but as you can see they are right about 1.75". While that may not seem like much, when you are expecting the two of them to be 4" stacked, they come up a full half inch short. I was shocked when I opened the package thinking they sent me the wrong foam. Nope, it was the right stuff but just compressed in a vacuum sealed package. I let it sit for a few minutes as I watched it slowly come back to life. By the next morning it was 100% as described and exactly what I wanted and needed! Would be a 5 if the foam would have been the full thickness. I waited 24 hours after opening the bag. The foam was compressed for shipment. Mine turned out to be 1.75" instead of 2". It worked well so no real problem.
