The video quality is good even the night video. The camera is nice and small. There is no display. I use a sd memory card where I can just take out and put in my computer and the memory card works good. It was easy to install just clean your glass. It fits right under your rear view mirror. Thinking of the price this is a good deal.

Nowadays you need a dash cam to record whatever happens on the road. So when I purchased my first car I wanted to be sure. I saw this one and for the price I thought let’s try it out. Installing it and setting up the app on my phone was very easy. One thing that I found difficult was that it comes with this small thin sheet that is meant to stick to your windshield so that you don’t have to stick the tape of the camera onto the windshield. Well this sheet didn’t stick on my car at all and I didnt want to stick it straight on the windshield so I got some basic tape and placed it over the sticky tape part and mounted the dash cam. One other thing that stopped me from giving it 5 stars is that my phone disconnects and reconnects to it pretty frequently and it alerts you when this happens so it goes off from time to time. It’s not a dealbreaker it just can get kinda annoying. It’s pretty good quality whenever I need to look back at what I record I can see everything clearly. I commute a lot for school and work so I wanted to make sure I have enough space to record everything so I also bought a large size micro SD card.

I'm delighted with this Dash Cam 1296P! Since I installed it, I feel much calmer when driving. The video quality is excellent, even at night it looks super clear thanks to the night vision. The mini size is perfect because it is discreet and does not get in the way at all on the windshield. The app works very well, it is easy to connect by WiFi and review or download the videos without complications. I also love that it has loop recording and 24-hour parking mode, so I know that my car is protected at all times. It supports up to 256GB, so I don't have to be deleting anything. In short, it is a reliable, discreet and very good quality camera. I totally recommend it!

I could not figure this out. The support and instructions are terrible. I gathered (still not sure) you have to create account on you wifi to connect to wifi. so if you are trying to spy on your husband this is not what you want. was hoping to use my phone and download app in secret but this will not allow. I was very disappointed.
