So I had a community challenge for my gaming page where they got to pick out my new chair to replace my old. In comes the Dark Echo Pink THUNDER! Of course they settled on pink! But I could not be happier (tickled pink? >.< ) The chair came in about a week - large box, all parts included. Manual was easy to understand, not a lot of reading and pictures were clear for assembly. Total build time was roughly 1hr (I was distracted by several things so probably less) The Chair is AMAZING! The seams where the stitching goes together are tight, creating nice contours. The cushion and back leather is comfortable and breathable - I dont find myself sweating when sitting long periods of time. The overall comfort of the chair is FANTASTIC! I'm 210lbs 5'11" and I can use the chair like a recliner - fell asleep in if the first night watching a movie! As far as gaming function the arm rests adjust in height and angle. The foot rest is solid/comfortable but can also double as a small table in your lap! It has a lockable recline feature as well as height adjustment. I have a wide frame and felt like I had MORE than enough space! Cannot give this chair more praise! Edit: had to work something out with customer service - wanted to give more praise! The quality is very good. Prepare a seat for the child. After reading this one, I suddenly like it. After receiving it, it is very convenient to assemble, and it can be assembled quickly without reading the instructions. The chair is quite comfortable to sit on, and the parts are firmly connected and quite heavy, giving people a reliable feeling. I used to just get office depot chairs for my home computer, but I was tired of being uncomfortable, so I decided to shell out the extra dollars and get my first gaming chair. It's taking a bit to get used to, but first impressions are that it's very comfortable. The Extra pillows hit the spot in the shoulders and lower back, even if they are a little tough to start off with. I like having the easy lever for setting how far back the back rest goes. Makes it really easy to switch between up close gaming and leaning back watching videos/shows. I suppose my only complaint is that when scooting forward on carpet, it likes to stick and push me forward, but I'm guessing that has a bit more to do with me being a fat old dad instead of a young kid. As for assembly, it was really easy to put together. I was missing 4 bolts from the leg rest and I haven't even emailed yet to have them sent. If they don't send them, I'll let you know, otherwise assume that they came in a reasonable amount of time. ... show more

Package arrived on time with no missing parts. Assembly directions is clear and easy to follow; took less than 45mins to complete. This is because most parts arrive already pre-assembled. Cute and comfy so far! Only issue I had was the directions weren't very good. Nothing was labeled on the pieces themselves there was only a chart in the front that was a copy paste of the poor diagram pics to show what piece is what letter. Didn't even show how the foot rest was meant to be attached so I'll just have to wing that and hope I do it right. Overall though it seems pretty good quality though, just needs some better directions for building ... show more

Bought a new chair because my back was killing me. This chair is very comfy to sit and you can adjust the back to lay down. And the foot rest? Very nice! I love how cute it is. Not the easiest to assemble but as long as you follow instructions, you will ok.

Like the fact that the chair is made for big & tall people, I happen to be both. Very comfortable while sitting and reclining while watching T.V. and movies, or working on the computer. Lumbar pad ok, but felt like I wasn't completely on the chair, but it is removable. The headrest is very comfortable and also removable if you Don't like it.
