This Dark Knight Dark Roast Coffee brews a very rich and tasty cup of coffee. When I opened the bag it smelled chocolatey and roasty and wonderful. The beans were very shiny and oily. I use a French press to make my coffee, which results in an excellent brew with this coffee. It tastes rich and chocolatey, low bitterness, but does also have a bit of a burned taste that is fairly typical of dark roasts. As promised in the description, it is very low acid which results in an exceptionally smooth brewed coffee. I normally drink coffee with half & half, and I tried this with and without. It has a nice mouth feel even without adding the dairy. I also tried this as iced coffee, and that too was very tasty. ... show more

Just got this coffee yesterday and will definitely buy again. Love the taste and did not get heart burn when I do drink coffee I usually get heart burn with this coffee I didn't and I so happy my favorite coffee now.

For complete transparency. This is my friend's company but I told him I was going to give him my honest tropinion. I really like this coffee. Doesn't hurt my stomach. No acidity. Very smooth and good flavor. After I ordered the dark roast and I am excited to try their medium as well.

This Dark Tower Dark Knight Dark Roast Coffee is a true dark roast. I made this in a French press and the aroma that filled the room was smoky and ever so lightly sweet smelling. This coffee has low acidity which is greatly appreciated by me and my stomach. The flavor of this is super smoky, with a bit of chocolate, and a tart raspberry.
