I am on the bigger side, so I was self conscious of my legs so I bought these. They looked amazing. It was slightly shimmery but made my legs look so smooth. I bought them worried about if I would rip them, but they were stretchy and actually super durable. I have accidently placed them in the washer and dryer without a laundry bag, and there was not a single rip or tear. I will be putting them in laundry bags going forward though and only washing because I heard it is not recommended to put in dryer. I wore these all the time going out after I bought them. It was cold, but not cold enough to stop me from going out haha. It made my legs look so smooth and crisp. I also had bought fishnets to go over these and they looked really nice still. These are so cute and exactly what I was looking for! I was inspired by the tights Taylor Swift wore for the Eras Tour and did some research into the brands and styles she used. Shimmer nude tights with nude fishnets is how you complete her look, however these on their own are already perfect. They matched my skin tone perfectly and gave an airbrushed look. The media could not be loaded. I got this to cover my leg hair when i wear fishnets/other tights- i don’t shave my legs at all but prefer the aesthetic of hairless under decorative tights. it works great for this, even masking a dark scar on my legs as well, and under a design you can’t even tell that it’s not my skin underneath unless you’re up super duper close. i have even worn them plain under a dress and still looks great. makes my legs looks smooth, soft, and hydrated :D the actual durability of the fabric is decent and doesn’t snag/run but the seams around the crotch have already developed holes/weak points- i’ve worn maybe 5-6 times during daily life activities, and bought these because dancers need to be able to move a lot more extreme than I do so you can only assume they’d be more durable in that area LOL. I plan on buying a secondary pair and sizing up from C-D to see if that helps prevent that but will update my review if that helps that issue because i followed the size chart originally. overall super comfy after you stretch the waistband out a bit, doesn’t roll down or move, and color matches my skin tone well enough. I don’t know if it’s fully worth the money because of the seam strength issue which will make them unusable eventually, but otherwise great tights, worked well for what i wanted them for. ... show more

These were a little light for my skin tone, but was perfect for what I was going for. I like the medium opaqueness and the shimmer was fun! They held up to a dog hump and my long nails pulling them up a few times. I’m 5’11and the length was perfect for me. I’m 160lb with 40” hips and went with D as indicated on the size chart. I’ve never purchased Danskin tights before—since they were a good value and fit my long legs, I will definitely buy them again! ... show more

I like the color/shimmer, but I can’t pull them up high enough so that the ankles & feet are not baggy & wrinkly. I have some boots outfits I can wear them with, so I’ll keep them, but I wouldn’t recommend to girls with skinny ankles.

UPDATE: AFter wearing these a few times I have an updated review. While at first glance these seem equal to capezio tights, they are not at all. They are sized so big an wide they are onstantly falling. I you buy these definitely size down. These Danskin ultrashimmery tights are nice and have a great sheen but they’re not as thick or sturdy as the Capezio tights. They’re still comfortable and look good for performances but they might not hold up as long. ... show more

These make your legs look healthy and glowy. They are almost like thicker material which made it incredibly easy to put on without snagging. The thickness isn’t noticeable once they’re on. It looked very natural as well, it wasn’t too shimmery but I wore them at night.
