If you are jumping on the sourdough starter trend, this is one of two must haves! The other is a big glass jar. This dough whisk has changed the game for me with my starter. I keep a larger starter bc I share a lot and bake a lot. I haven’t found a wooden or plastic spoon that can keep up with this whisk. It helps cut down on time and effort of getting Polly fed daily.
