My 10yr old really likes to play with it and even uses it to entertain the cats and our puppy. It is a cute little size but seems to made pretty durable. Just got it today and I love that it came with all of the stuff you need to operate. It came with the batteries and a screwdriver to open and close the battery compartments. Only drawback is the “walkie talkie” function. When you push the button to talk through it….it’s not very loud and not very clear. I’m still giving 5 stars because for the price I paid, it’s hard to complain about a minor hiccup. My grandson won’t care one bit about the speaker volume or clarity. This little robot is easy to maneuver and super cute. The songs it plays are clear, so I think the clarity issue with the walkie talkie function is due to distance or feedback. I bought ths as a Christmas gift for my grandson in October. After playing with it for 1 day on December 29, the right wheel stopped working. Since the instructions said they offer support 24/7, I decided to reach out depite the window for return having passed. They were very accomodating and sent me a replacent within a week. I would definitely purchase another product from this company. Regarding the toy itself- it's very cute and my grandson likes it very much. He is able to work all the functions by himself. and espercially likes the walkie talkie. Love the color too! ... show more

My girls are 5 years old and they both enjoy this. It moves slowly so it is simple to drive and it doesn't go so fast so it works well in smaller places. The music is fun and they like the microphone ability. My older boys also think the microphone and spy feature is fun. It drives on hard floors but also works well on flat carpet. If you are looking for a remote control that is not so fast and hard to drive for the younger kids this is a good fit. ... show more

    • Spy Mode Doesn't Work
Several reviews mentioned that the sound quality was good, but the 1st robot we bought for Christmas morning was very garbled when trying to speak through the robot, and the spy mode didn't work at all. We returned the unit and got another one. The speaker on the robot was even worse, and while this time the microphone for spy mode worked, it was so garbled and filled with static that our daughter couldn't understand it. It was very disappointing. The other functions worked as advertised and our girls thought it was cute. The demo function makes it go through all the movements, and the music it plays is clear (maybe a little loud). My niece loves this toy. It was easy to set up and easy to maneuver through the house. The walkie-talkie portion was surprisingly loud.
