The chair itself is really cute--great fabric and cushioning. The seller for this chair is FANTASTIC!! I had a problem putting the first chair together (the holes were not lined up properly so I was not able to connect the back to the seat). I emailed the seller asking if there was a secret to how to connect those two parts. I received an email the very next day say that they would report this to the manufacturer and they had already put a replacement chair in the mail to me via FedEx and said that I did not need to return the original chair!
