I bought these shoes for Oktoberfest to go with my dirndl. These shoes were perfect! The blue is almost a metallic slate blue that added a little bit of shine. The shoes were comfortable all night. The fit is true to size although maybe a tad bit wide. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is because the closure is trap is a little odd and I had a hard time figuring it out. It’s not a traditional buckle. You have to slide it onto the metal and initially I didn’t have it connected correctly so it kept popping off. The media could not be loaded. I purchased these shoes two years ago, and they quickly became my go-to work shoes. As an outdoor worker, I'm on my feet for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Initially, the leather toes were tight and required breaking in, but once that was done, the leather transformed into a soft, supple material that hugged my feet perfectly. The straps dont seem ling enough, and they dont fasen like real straps? i struggles to get them on at first, but somehow managed! These are really cute shoes! ...and you can't beat the price for actual leather! I'd found similar shoes that were not leather for the same price. I'd purchased a size 9 and they were too big. I wear sizes 8 - 9 depending on the shoe style and brand. I'd replaced them with an 8.5 and they were a good fit. I usually wear a size 8 - 8.5 but some size 9 shoes run small I have found....like an 8. ... show more
