Replacing the standard incandescent lights with LED units was an awesome upgrade that took all of about five minutes for both doors. Bought these for one of my 05 H2's. Several months ago, I bought the OEM (GM) part to replace the courtesy lights in both front doors - I think I paid just under $100 for both doors (they are right and left handed and cannot be switched from one door to the other). Anyways, these lights are a far better product than OEM - I mean these are WAYYYYYYYYY BETTER! The red portion of the OEM is only a reflector and the white portion is a single bulb. These lights include LEDs for the red portion, equally, the white portion includes multiple LEDs. They light up at night incredibly well and even in bright sunlight, with the doors open, these still light up. Great Buy! My reflectors in my 2006 Silverado 4door busted in my rear doors and this was my way of replacing them. I use my truck as a work truck and have safety lights all around it so I assumed this would help when opening the door on the side of the road. They are extremely bright and work great!! These lights are so easy to change, I should have done it long ago. The difference between these and the stock incandescent bulbs is amazing. I didn’t even notice these lights before replacing them. Now, you know they are there.

Ok so I do like LEDs and I do like the white light. It is true white, no blue tint or anything. I got tired of replacing the bulbs on my truck with throwaway led bulbs so I decided to go with these. Just a tad too bright for my liking, but I can easily tint the lens to bring it down. Easier than receiving something too dim and not being able to do anything about it I guess. So far they've been working for months without issues, and look pretty much stock when off which I like. ... show more
