Looks great out of the packaging, Right controller wouldn't charge, I checked connections everything was fine. I decided to swap batteries and the Right controller was charging, but the left was not charging now. Leads me to believe it was shipped with a faulty battery. I reached out to the seller, they had me email aftersales dept, 4 days no replies. Haven't been able to use my Quest 3 for 6 days now because 1 controller is dead. Looks like a nice product if it worked and its not worth spending another $12+ on batteries to correct their issue so likely returning this week. This charger is well made. Great value. Works well and is compact. Does not take up a lot of space. Instructions are clearly written and complete. Very complete product. Highly recommended.

    • Works great, smart design
The headset rest actually has a hinge mechanism that allows the headset to rest perfectly. The holders for the joysticks are perfectly shaped as well so that the joysticks will only go in the correct position for them to charge. I didn't have the batteries oriented correctly at first. The batteries have 2 metal strips on the outside of them that contact metal pins on the cover to the joysticks (facing outwards). If you think about it, it makes sense. The metal pins on the base contact the metal on the covers for the joystick, and then the metal from the covers touches the metal on the batteries. (I'm saying all this in hopes to help people out so they don't get confused and put it in the wrong direction). Anyways, the charger is designed very well by someone who is good at design. After reading the reviews of the top three chargers, I decided to buy the D.Gruoiza VR Charging Station. Setup was easy and the controllers were at full charge in just a bit over two hours. I then used the headset and controllers for about twenty minutes and then place them back on the charger. The left controller was full charge in about 15 minutes but the right controller was still not charged after 60 minutes. I switched the battery between the two controllers (hoping the problem would move and thus just a bad battery), but the problem stayed with the right controller. The right controller charger light never turned green and thus was not charging properly. I also notice that when you place the headset on the charger, you need to rock it to make it connect with the pins on the charger. Anyways, it looks like I received a defective unit, so I ended up sending the unit back. I have ordered the best rated unit on Amazon as a replacement hopefully I will have better luck. If that does not work out, my only choice is to spend $130.00 for the Mega version, but that seems a lot for a battery charger. Greg ... show more

    • Controller battery stopped charging after a few months.
Worked great at first, but then one controller battery stopped charging. I switched batteries in the controllers, but the one battery still refuses to charge and is useless. When you buy something, you expect it to last longer than just a few months.
