All I can say is they weren't lying. I have a hard time with steel toes because my feet are wide and these boots have been awesome from first day. My size was correct. My guess of you get a boot that not quite right go half size up amd you'll be loving these boots. Incredible. I've spent 3 times as much and they didn't compare to these. ... show more

These boots are comfortable and are of great quality. I was skeptical at first but wow. Exceeded my expectations. Only thing I would have added is a loop on the tongue of boot for laces to keep tongue in place. Well done!

There are no positives with these boots. 1. Size runs too large. Back of foot rubs 2. They don’t breathe. Feet are hot and sweaty minutes after putting them on 3. Not comfortable at all. I can’t understand why other reviewers say they are so comfortable. Are their other boots made of rocks? 4. Not waterproof or water resistant. This one was stated up front in the description, but of the darn things are not going to breathe, then they should at least be water resistant. ... show more

    • Fit true to size, durable, and great looking steel toe boots
These do fit true to size. The steel toe is fantastic and comfortable , no issues with that. The reflective stripe is placed well in that it works as a neat accent on these black leather boots, and even better as a reflector at night. They lace right up and are easy to put on and wear for a day's work with no foot fatigue. Feet stay dry and warm, with no discomfort or rubbing at all. So far the soles are holding up very well, and that's super important with a work boot. I am very pleased with this pair of boots, and yes would gladly purchase another pair, as well as recommend them. These are high-quality boots. They are very sturdy and have quite a bit of weight to them due to the steel toe and steel shank. The stitching and materials seem to be of good quality and they are put together well. The fit seems dead on too. I needed a size 13 and the size 13 I received fit exactly right. The ankle protection and padding are thick and comfortable. Honestly, all the leather pieces seem extra thick. These boots are not just for show, they are built to last and to protect. Overall, these are great boots. Due to the steel and thickness of the leather, they are quite heavy, but I'm happy with this and it didn't take long to get used to them. 5-stars, easy. ... show more
