I bought this so I could switch my metal septum piercing out to a plastic one in preparation for surgery. Worked well and kept it in even after my surgery because people liked it on me. The other metal ones looked good as well. Just the retainer shaped ones are kinda meh.

These septum retainers are great for smaller noses. I don't recommend them for large noses. They are small, yet a great deal.

For the price they definitely are worth it. They are a bit small, but they fit my septum fine. Definitely keep up with cleaning the rings though because they can smell if you don’t keep up with that. Other than that, they were definitely worth it and I would recommend these to others.
