I have had this up since November and I am delighted. Here is my thoughts: -- Most importantly for me is that this is the sturdiest and most durable bubble we have tried. It lasted all winter, through wind, rain, and snow, and it's still in perfect shape. We are using it in an area where it gets lots of wear and tear, specifically a NYC rooftop in the winter. We had previously purchased every year an Alvantor, but it never made it through the winter (the plastic would tear, or snow would collapse it). -- I assembled it on my own, including putting the plastic over the structure. It took me about 2 hours and I had fun. I echo some of the other comments here that it was a fun half-afternoon project. -- The geodesic nature of the structure make is snow-resistant (slides off the top) and very sturdy. -- The plastic cover is thicker, higher quality and more durable than the Alvantor. In the cold temperatures it doesn't split or puncture if the furniture hits it. -- I will disassemble it and put it in storage until next winter. I’ve been wanting one of these for years. Went with this one because of the configuration of the frame. Only took an hour to put together the frame. The rods click in securely to the fasteners. About 25 minutes to put clear cover on by myself would have been easier with two people. Easy to follow directions. After reading reviews I secured it to the deck with rope in 3 spots and a few sandbags for good measure. So far so good! ... show more

This arrived with 42 5 hole connectors, but no 6 hole connectors. Also, the connectors aren't labelled at all, and the pipes only on one side, instead of on both ends, offset by 180 degrees. I manually labelled things while I wait for the replacement parts.

The media could not be loaded. Overall like the product, went together single handed in several hours. Cover is clear but very wrinkled and strong chemical smell that has not resided yet, ( 2 days) . I don't understand the wrinkles, their not from packaging. Time will tell if they do smooth out. Oh yes, and to my surprise they're is a slight echo. like the design and overall usefulness and would recommend to others if the oder disappears ... show more

My husband was apprehensive about the time it would take to set up, but it took him and our son just about an hour to assemble. The hardest part was stretching the plastic over the structure and lining up the door just right. After the sun warmed it up it was easy to stretch. We added a couple packs of solar lights and it’s been a great spot to relax at night. We’ve had it up since February and it’s held out through snow and some mild storms. Last night we had tornado winds up to 75mph and it did blow the igloo into our neighbors yard. We had it staked to the ground prior. Anyway, the plastic and piping are still all intact. We just need to replace a few of the fittings that cracked. *Update* I contacted the seller and they sent us replacements for all the broken pieces! They were very responsive and sent the parts out the day after I gave them the number that we needed. The second picture shows the dome all put up again. Good as new! ... show more

Quality product, it wasn't difficult to assemble, all the parts were included, we had a great time using it during fall and winter. Sadly a tree branch with snow fell on it and some connectors were shattered. However, the cover did not tear. I messaged the seller and the promptly sent me replacement connectors. Can't wait to reassemble it and start enjoying it again. ... show more
