They are relatively easy to install. Definitely a worthwhile investment as it allows for both options of using clear vs regular shoes at the same time. Sizing can be adjusted based on foot size and they hold up well despite a vigorous hiit workout.

Bought these after I was having some trouble with knee pain from using my clip-on Peloton shoes, plus we didn’t necessarily want to have to buy bike shoes for every family member who wanted to ride. These were easy to install, are easy to tighten and loosen for use, and are a good size. I have tiny feet so feel I can’t put my toes all the way to the end of the cage because I end up pushing through mid-foot as opposed to the ball of my foot, but not a huge deal for me. ... show more

These were really easy and fast to install. I removed the small plate that originally came with our Peloton bike, and used the Allen key (provided and included in the footing purchase) to remove and install the new footing. These hooked up to our Peleton perfectly. We have boys with feet that are still growing at (what seems like) an exponential rate. We didn’t want to keep buying different shoes for them as they grew, so with these pedals, my husband and I can use our clip in shoes and then our boys can flip the pedal over and use the toe cages with their regular tennis shoes.
