  • Upgrading My Computer
I bought this machine because the previous system that i had was really slow and i desperately needed an upgrade and i didn't want to spend to much on a new system. Luckily i ran across Cyberpower PC's and i haven't regretted it because it has better performance then iBuyPower as well build quality and overall it's worth the money, if you looking to upgrade your rig and you don't want to spend over $3000 on a pre-built. ... show more

  • Build your own with the same parts, save some money, and get better quality components.
Purchased this in May 2024. Immediately after setting up, I noticed that the ethernet adapter had some problems, internet would drop shortly into doing any sort of download (kind of sucks when a "gaming" pc can't even maintain internet connection). I tried many different things to try to fix the issue, but nothing worked. I ended up buying and installing a new ethernet adapter, disabled the on-board one, have had zero issues since. Come December 2024, the pc just randomly shut off for no reason. I've seen this happen before, my first thought was... power supply died. How could that be though? the PC is only 7 months old!!! Having seen this happen many times, I decided not to do any sort of diagnostic and went and got a new power supply. When taking out the dead power supply I noticed a brand I'd never heard of before, and a power supply that wasn't even modular (great, more work for me). Installed the new power supply (modular of course, why anyone would build a pc without a modular power supply baffles me), everything worked perfectly fine. (For the record, I built my own previous computer and the power supply in that pc worked for 7 years straight without replacing). I haven't even had this PC for a year and I've already invested an extra almost 200$ into it. Save yourself the hassle and build your own or buy the parts and have someone build it for you, these guys clearly don't quality check their own builds. ... show more

  • Solid PC
I read reviews prior to ordering this PC. I felt most were related to shipping issues and such. Which, for me, doesn't reflect the actual performance of the item. Also, I feel most prebuilt PCs are pretty similar. That said, i have no issues and am really enjoying PC gaming after being a console person most all of my gaming life. ... show more

  • EXCELLENT!
This PC was worth it. It came 1 day early and even though the box had a few dents, the PC was flawless, started up first time, and is extremely powerful. Im getting well over 100 Fps on cyberpunk 2077 at 1440p Epic everything. On Black Ops 6 im getting 142 FPS average for the multiplayer benchmark at 1440p ultra everything. Mine came with the MSI Z790-P Motherboard and the Asus Tuff Gaming GPU. So im seeing a lot of reviews saying stuff about not GPU's not working and no signal...there are two sets of HDMI inputs, you wanna use the lowest one that is connected to the GPU, not the one that is further up on the back of the motherboard...there is even a sticker there that tells you where to plug it in... ... show more

  • Didn't work out of the box
It turns on, it lights up, but it does not compute. No display device or port can detect the device. Out of the box, it didn't work. I'm thankful I got the Asurion protection plan. Who knows how long before I can get my money back? The real trouble is the time spent without a good work computer. Save your time and money and get another product initially. ... show more

  • Great gaming computer!
I like how the compiler is white and how it runs smooth and fast, and I also like how the company gave a nice keyboard and mouse, they run well the Buttons on keyboard are very good and the mouse is really good. Everything on the computer runs nice and fast! The only con. was when opening the packaging, the directions were inconsistent with the product. overall, I recommend this gaming computer for its speed; looks and performance! ... show more

  • Dead PC after 2.5 months. Tech support is near usesless
The liquid CPU cooler (AIO} made a ton of noise after about a month. I could hear it clearly through headphones and had to take calls in another room. Their tech support's only attempt at troubleshooting it was to send me a link to a Youtube video with troubleshooting tips from another company. When that didn't work they issued me an RMA for the AIO. 12 days after the RMA was issued the replacement part shipped. That same day the CPU overheated. Since I live on the East coast and they ship via UPS ground it took 6 days to get the AIO. I was assured the AIO would come with everything required. It didn't. I had to buy thermal paste on my own, further delaying the repair. Although this AIO was quiet it did not fix the CPU overheating issue. When I called back the only options I was given were to send the entire PC to them for repair, continue sending parts back and forth or take it to a repair shop at my expense. They refused to try to help me troubleshoot the issue. Sending the PC to them would mean not having a PC for at least a month. Not an acceptable option for me. At this point I have a dead PC and I'm troubleshooting on my own. I just bought a quality AIO off Amazon. If that doesn't work I'll probably take it to a local repair shop at my expense. I bought this PC specifically because it was supposed to be delivered the next day and I was expecting to travel later in the week. I was notified late the expected delivery day that it would be delivered 2 days later but it just showed up the next day. I don't know if this is on Amazon or Cyperpower but the projected delivery dates need to be more accurate. ... show more
