  • Great Buy loving it
Got a steal paid 2699 for this gaming pc and I don’t regret it. I haven’t had one problem yet. Runs my games perfect and the video quality of the 4080 is unbelievable. And now that the price went up to 4100 I’m feeling even better about buying it before the 50 series came out.

  • Build your own with the same parts, save some money, and get better quality components.
Purchased this in May 2024. Immediately after setting up, I noticed that the ethernet adapter had some problems, internet would drop shortly into doing any sort of download (kind of sucks when a "gaming" pc can't even maintain internet connection). I tried many different things to try to fix the issue, but nothing worked. I ended up buying and installing a new ethernet adapter, disabled the on-board one, have had zero issues since. Come December 2024, the pc just randomly shut off for no reason. I've seen this happen before, my first thought was... power supply died. How could that be though? the PC is only 7 months old!!! Having seen this happen many times, I decided not to do any sort of diagnostic and went and got a new power supply. When taking out the dead power supply I noticed a brand I'd never heard of before, and a power supply that wasn't even modular (great, more work for me). Installed the new power supply (modular of course, why anyone would build a pc without a modular power supply baffles me), everything worked perfectly fine. (For the record, I built my own previous computer and the power supply in that pc worked for 7 years straight without replacing). I haven't even had this PC for a year and I've already invested an extra almost 200$ into it. Save yourself the hassle and build your own or buy the parts and have someone build it for you, these guys clearly don't quality check their own builds. ... show more

  • Great gaming computer!
I like how the compiler is white and how it runs smooth and fast, and I also like how the company gave a nice keyboard and mouse, they run well the Buttons on keyboard are very good and the mouse is really good. Everything on the computer runs nice and fast! The only con. was when opening the packaging, the directions were inconsistent with the product. overall, I recommend this gaming computer for its speed; looks and performance! ... show more

  • Bluetooth adaptor doesn't work
Would have gotten 5 stars but the bluetooth adaptor doesn't work. I had to get a new one.

  • After buying three none were any good
The First PC I received was nothing like what was pictured. The picture shows a motherboard that included four M2 slots. with a heat sink on the one near the processor. That happens to be the only storage in the computer. Without a heat sink you can expect the drive could fail in less than a year. Yep! There was no heat sink! The PC I received had only two M2 slots. The video card in the machine I received had a branding of MSI but it did not appear to be the 4080 super the listing said was in the Item. The ultra wide video card in the PC I received did not resemble any of the MSI 4080 supers I could find on the internet. These facts plus the fact the ultra wide video card in the machine appears to have a portion broken off forced me to return this PC. Thinking I may have been sent the wrong product I checked the box. The item was labeled as in the listing. If this manufacturer is cutting corners this deeply on a twenty seven hundred dollar PC you may want to go elsewhere. I am deeply disappointed after waiting two weeks only to find out I was not getting what I was paying for. PC Number two from a different seller had a broken memory slot. It might have happened in shipping but it needed to be returned, PC Number three was the first I could actually plug in. I was hopeful when it booted. Half way through the windows installation the circuit breaker in my house tripped. I didn't at first believed the PC was the cause so I returned to the task of setting up the PC. When windows install completed I set the PC aside until I received a storage drive and 64GB of additional memory. The PC tripped the breaker a total of 13 time before it was apparent the machine was defective. When I looked at the power supply it appeared to be a low grade device. two things this machine has that are from any well named brand was the motherboard and the I9 !4900KF processor. Although the Video card is indeed a 4080 the one in the machine I received was made by Gigabyte. They are the lowest cost card on the market. After three failures and seeing the equipment installed in this PC the saying, you get what you pay for certainly rings true. In my case, I didn't even get that. I suggest you by something else. ... show more

  • GPU DOA
Unfortunately, I Had to return the PC. I took a chance ordering this item in spite of several bad reviews and when I received the item and set it up, there was no display. The GPU didn't even work. I checked the connections, rebooted, and still nothing. I've worked on computers since the 1980s and I knew it would be hopeless to do anything. If the PSU housing wasn't in the way, I could've tested it on the bottom PCIe slot but I didn't want to do anything that would've jeopardized getting a refund. I wanted to contact the company but they were closed so rather than wait, I contacted Amazon and they were real good at setting me up with the return and refund. After receiving the refund, I noticed the same system dropped down in price by a couple hundred. I was tempted to repurchase it but then changed my mind because I didn't want to take another chance so I ordered another similar system through another company and received it with everything working. This (non-working) system was very attractive and well worth the money had it been working. The rating is for Amazon's service and the attractive system (5 stars) but I withheld two stars because the GPU was not working. I believe the hard packing had much to do with it. They should have placed solid foam blocks beneath the GPU to hold it firmly in place. If there weren't so many probs with the GPU, I would've highly recommended this. ... show more
