This thing is well built and comes with all the gaskets (and extras) that you need. Its heavy so you certainly will want to use the wall mount to help stabilize it - be sure to have a plan for that before you purchase. The instructions aren't the easiest to follow, but be sure to assemble the "neck", hose, wall mount, etc BEFORE attaching to the valves otherwise you might find yourself disassembling and reassembling. Also check all "pre-assembled" joints as I found a couple were not fully tightened. Many say you need an adapter to hook supply hoses up but you don't, it comes with 1/2" male brass fittings for the hoses to hook up to. The only reason you might need an adapter is if you want to make an immediate 90 degree turn, which a hose won't be able to do but a 90 degree 1/2" male/male brass fitting can accomplish for you. ... show more

High quality construction, though the engineering is questionable. 1-when the faucet is initially opened to a desired flow rate, the flow starts to reduce finally down to a trickle. Cracking it open more restores flow and after a minute the flow is stable. I’ve never seen a water valve do this before, it doesn’t appear to be a “break in” issue because 2 months in (daily use) it still does this. 2-the “variable width” cam provision makes it difficult to center and level the faucet within (industry standard) 8” on center holes. 3-the gooseneck spring is VERY stiff, making it difficult to pull the hand faucet down into the sink basin. This puts a lot of strain on the wall bracket and riser assembly. Otherwise, very nice. I’m not sure how to rate “sheerness”? ... show more

I installed this sink yesterday. Before purchasing I knew the 8" add on spout would be a little long so I emailed the company and asked how to get the 5" spout. I was told to just email the order number once purchased and they will mail it. I did and they asked for my address. It supposedly is on the way and if so, I will change this to a 5 rating. This faucet is very solid. There are extra parts for every place where you screw something together. Didn't need any of them and so far no leaks. I love my commercial sink and faucet. You can set the temperature of the spray and just pull the trigger to rinse dishes. The spout is convenient for either cold or hot. Update as of 11/14. I received the spout yesterday. ... show more
