I cant upload the photo of it at the moment but I looked at the controller after I disposed of the box it came in. I received this on deployment and to my disappointment the chameleon cover has markings on it that don't feel like scratches but blemishes in the paint. Works fine just upset at how it looks. I would have returned it but if I do it while deployed I wont get another for another 2 months. Well either way make sure to check the condition and don't be like me and throw away the box it comes in. ... show more

Finally an Elite Series 2 in my color. The case is a charger you can charge in case or out of case. All paddles and extra thump sticks and pad. Everything looks good. My Elite Series 1 lasted about 6 yrs of daily play. Hopefully this one lasts as long. As you see in the pictures. I play a lot. *UPDATED- I had an issue with the thumb stick. I contacted the seller within an extremely short amount of time I had a printable returned label sent to me. EXCELLENT SERVICE 10/10. Very impressed. Thank you!! Everything back and working. It’s been great haven’t run into any of the issues other people have been running into but it has only been a week. The analog sticks are very smooth with nice grips to keep your fingers from slipping, the LB and RB buttons feel very well constructed, it has a very comfortable weight and quality feel to it, very responsive and easy to configure. Although the connecting the Bluetooth to my PC was a headache in the beginning I found out that switching between controller plugged in to wireless seems to mess with the controllers drivers unsure why but simple solution if you run into it is to uninstall the drivers restart your computer reconnect your controller and just charge it from a wall outlet it doesn’t take long to charge and it’s battery life makes up for the fact you can’t easily have it plugged in then wireless. Also keep in mind this controller is a lot more mechanical than it’s predecessors the more parts the more likely something is to move out of place or just go wrong entirely so just make sure to take care of it and not to go overboard like you would with a traditional Xbox controller ... show more

The sticks are the first thing I look for when it comes to build quality and it seems Microsoft just doesn't respect it's customers. There's nothing special about the controller itself. The adds are trash since they merely ponder the idea of having a battery backup in the case, but fail to mention it's sold separately. In spite of that sure, the controller feels good, has nice grips and looks cool. It weighs a tone, is wireless and programmable buttons. That's where it stops though; extra buttons cannot all be pressed with ease, without adjust your hands. In fact only 2 of the 6 can ever be reached at any given time, which renders it useless. The bluetooth is not...weak, but has quirks for anyone who plays for more than 15min. It will disconnect for no obvious reason that even the support team seems entirely absent minded to acknowledge and do something about. My advice, go for the Razer Wolverine Ultimate. It's half the price and twice the value. Granted, the only downside for some is it's corded. 20 feet of braided quick detach usb and a whole lot more durable. While Razer sports newer models, this one is still by far the best design they have. ... show more

When I was searching I came across this specific one & since red is his favorite color decided to order this one instead of just black. When my son opened the box & saw it was red he was thrilled & when I saw it in person its much more attractive than the picture. As far as use... I bought this Custom Elite 2 Controller as a Christmas gift for my husband. The controller arrived on time and looked great! He was super excited to play with it and the mods. Unfortunately, the instructions for the mods didn't work. He watched all of the videos and followed all of the steps on their website. Nothing worked. He emailed their customer service and got no response. He emailed again. Nothing. Finally, he reached out to the CEO of the company via LinkedIn. The CEO's response was very lackluster - far be it that a CEO of a company to actually care about their customer's experience *eyeroll*. I would love to return the controller for a full refund but my husband loves the look of it. I could have EASILY purchased a Wordene Modz controller for HALF the price of this one and it would have actually done what it says it does. I know this because I bought one for my son at the same time, thinking it would be a less expensive alternative. Little did I know that the Wordene Modz controller would actually BE BETTER and save a ton of headache in getting the thing to work. I am so disappointed that the gift to my husband, doesn't work and no one at this company will do a thing about it. Found out weeks later that this controller does not even have mods! It's too late to return it now so my husbamd basically has a really cool looking and really expensive basic controller. Do yourself a favor and SAVE YOUR MONEY.
