Okay, first and foremost as someone with sensitive eyes, this is a very comfortable, rich black eyeliner pencil. The pigment is beautiful, it glides onto my waterline easily yet isn’t so soft that it leaves clumps/flakes that fall into my eyes, and the thinness of the pencil is easy to use. This is a 99% perfect liner for me. However, there’s one drawback, and it may not be a drawback for everyone. I have oily lids, so of course I want some level of staying power, but I can’t smudge this liner at ALL. My everyday eye is a quick “daytime” smoky/grunge liner, so lightly winged out and then smudged around the edges to soften. Although some does come off on my finger, I cannot get the actual line to smudge with either my finger or the smudger tip. I even tried doing my liner in small sections, trying to smudge immediately after laying some down, and it won’t budge. The bonus is I could use this in place of liquid liner to get a crisp line, but man this is wild for a pencil liner. This was done without anything else on my lids (save for maybe some moisturizer I’d applied earlier in the day). Overall, it’s an excellent liner, but I wish it had even a few seconds of working time. I’ll continue to play with it and see if I can make it work; maybe I need to apply directly to my finger to get a smudgy look. I’ll update if I figure something out. ... show more

This eyeliner is easy to work with.. It stays on well throughout the day but when you are applying it, you can use the end of the liner to smudge it out for smoky eye or whatever you wish. This eyeliner washes off easily yet has stayed on great and I love the shade(black) because it is the perfect dark color for me. Some eyeliner pens feel weird to my skin when applying but everything about this eyeliner application was comfortable, soft and had me feeling beautiful all day long! This eyeliner glides on very easily, but in no time it is almost all off - under and above my eyes. Disappointed that it doesn't stay on well. I have this problem with many eyeliners and was hoping this one would be different.
