Prepare the ice for your neck!! And 2 people to install it. You have to install it and then add every little string (like a key chain) for the last 3 rows .. since ours was very high we stalled 2 rows before installing it and it was extremely heavy. The electrical cords are tiny. It’s affordable but a total pain in the butt to install. At the end it looks beautiful but lots of work ... show more

When it arrived some of the crystal were broken and some were missing. It was hard to put up wasn't clear about the wiring.

I bought 2 chantelliers for my new pilates studio. They really look amazing. Very happy with them. Only drawback is the time needed to assemble the little cristals. At least 2 hours non stop for each one!
