The chandelier is beautiful and unique-looking. The K9 crystals really shine. The white gloves that came with the item were of good quality, and there were plenty of extra pieces of chandelier in case any arrived broken. My chandelier did have one faulty crystal but I replaced it with an extra. The top part where it needs to be mounted to the ceiling however arrived damaged, so I will be reaching out to the company and updating this review on their customer service. Assembly: Easy and straight forward! The are five sets of crystals. -Lay them out flat by number -There are two "rows" on this chandelier that need to be filled with crystals -unlike other chandeliers, there is no assembly of actual crystals required. You will hang them within the conveyor belt 'loops' (have to see it to understand). This took two people an hour to hang -you will start from left to right in the INNER part of the chandelier first hanging crystal 1,2,3,4 and then 5. You will repeat this until the inside row is full. Then do the same for the outer row. MUST start with crystal 1 where you started with crystal 1 on the underneath row so there is uniformity. -you can install the lights once you are done with the inner row to avoid smudging the crystals ... show more

I bought this product to add to my living room last year. It is a beautiful addition. Two parts broke during delivery. Reached out to their customer service & received prompt replacement. While re-arranging my home, I misplaced the remote for it & have been reaching out to customer service to purchase a new one if possible. I have emailed several times via the same customer service email that they corresponded with me previously with no response. It has been months & I don't know how I will get a new remote. If the chandelier doesn’t work check the wires they were wired wrong! I had to pay a electrician to come and figure out what was wrong with the light. This company should reimburse me for what i had to pay the electrician.

I spent a good couple hundred dollars on the chandelier and when I opened it out of the box the pieces that hold the whole chandelier together we barely welded on and one was snapped off I would not recommend buying I would recommend going to your local store if you can and pick one out yourself This is a very low quality product and a huge waste of money do yourself a favor and do not buy this ... show more
