The media could not be loaded. Such a beautiful chandelier, I'm in love! The only thing I dislike is that you can easily leave finger prints on the crystals, even though I used white gloves that were included, not sure if you can see it on the picture. I bought this product to add to my living room last year. It is a beautiful addition. Two parts broke during delivery. Reached out to their customer service & received prompt replacement. While re-arranging my home, I misplaced the remote for it & have been reaching out to customer service to purchase a new one if possible. I have emailed several times via the same customer service email that they corresponded with me previously with no response. It has been months & I don't know how I will get a new remote.
