The well of the hat isn’t quite as deep as I would like it to be. And with the elastic on the back of the cap for your bun/ponytail, the hat isn’t as tight either. But I still love it and wear it often.

I order so much off Amazon that I usually don't take the time to do reviews anymore but I had to for these. I really expected these to be stiff and itchy because that's how all hats are anymore. But they were neither. They are not too thin and not too thick. They fit perfectly and comfortably. I always hate hats because that band that goes across the forehead itches so bad that I can't stand to wear them. But these are a soft flexible material. I'm so happy I found hats I can finally wear with my hair up AND are comfortable. This will be my new summer attire as I'm trying to step away from sunglasses as much as possible. ... show more

I ordered this hat hoping that it would fit as a normal soft front panel trucker hat. But on receiving it, the only way I could get it to fit snuggly was to pull the Velcro tab almost all the way past its counterpart, leaving a bunch of it flopping at the back. With only about a half-inch of Velcro adherence, I worried that--aside from looking funny--this fastener wouldn't hold long. That's the main issue I had and the reason I sent it back. But a secondary concern was aesthetic. Because the front panel was stiff, rather than soft, the hat was not flattering. I ended up finding a criss-cross elastic back hat with a Velcro fastener that actually fits and is flattering. So if that's what you want, I think you can find better. Bought these or iron vinyl on and it works for that for sure. The stone wash hat doesn't have a very deep cap area and feel like it looks a little small on my head. The all black hat is completely different hat then the stonewash one. Vinyl and iron on letter did adhere to the hat very easy which was a bonus. Will probably still order for future projects. Color and the way the hat closes in the back did match the pictures. Hats work for making inexpensive projects to wear to children's school sporting events. ... show more
