Because of an unexpected shipping problem this product was delayed for 3 days beyond expected. I was not given an explanation for the delay and each day told I would receive an e-mail when it was shipped. I decided to contact Customer Service who after checking into the issue informed me that some kind of accident made it impossible to ship the item. However, they were gracious and worked hard to send a replacement which arrived the next day. I appreciate the efforts of the Customer Service rep and the shipping department for their understanding and prompt solution. My only issue is that you have to pay a good amount of money to use anything but the absolute basic fonts and shapes (you have free access to like 5 fonts and a dozen basic shapes).
