    • Fantastic compressed charcoal, awful vine charcoal.
This is currently some of the best compressed charcoal in the business. Low on binders, it reminds me of charcoal before all the companies were bought up. The pencils are excellent too. However, the vine charcoal looks poorly made, with a core that shouldn't be there, almost as if it was removed from the kiln too early. I'll be seeking out jus the individual compressed charcoal sticks by Cretacolor in the future. ... show more
