I got these tiles for my 4-year old child and so far I am satisfied with them. They look and work for pretty much the same as the brand-name tiles but their price is lower. We've had them for only 2 weeks and they seem durable, and the magnetics bands work fine. There are 40 tiles in the box, in different colors and shapes, so your child is able to build some little towers, houses or other simple designs. I first used this toy on a camping trip for my 2 1/2 year old. The box is compact for the number of pieces, so it worked well for small-footprint storage when packing it. The magnets are strong enough to keep the pieces together when she put them together. Her older brothers also enjoy playing with them, with or without their younger sister. Even while using them camping, they don't get dirty easily, but are easy to wash off. Over all, I'm very happy with this purchase.
