You don't want to shove perfume in people's faces as you walk by like some woman would. The scent is masculine and tame; not over imposing yet prominent. I've actually tried imitations but they actually do not last a couple of hours and they exacerbated asthma symptoms. Make sure you get the “sold by” and “shipped by” Amazon. It’s the real deal and it’s outstanding. What a scent! Strong. Earthy, peppery, lemon, mint notes..so good.
