    • Assembly instructions are located underneath and attached to the bottom of the chair.
The craftsmanship is very carefully done and after a month of daily use I have no complaints or negative comments. The motors are very quiet.

Quick delivery but the pieces came days apart. I am 54 1/4 and 170 lbs, my feet are just at the end of the foot rest, which comes up exactly high enough . The seat is a good width. It is pretty comfortable. I bought it to lay flat and sleep in after an upcoming surgery, I think it will be ok for that, except for a space the width of my hand between the seat and back when laying flat (see picture with remote of space). The little pillow that comes with it covers that spot if you can get it behind you and it feels supportive, even laying on my side. Do NOT keep the lumbar support deployed when you lay it flat, or it feels like a board in your back. In the uptight position the lumbar support feels great. It’s easy to put together, except sliding the ear rests on, which took me about 20 tries. I’m overall satisfied and happy with my purchase. ... show more

We were nervous to order a lift chair online but this one offered separate controls for your back and legs and that was appealing. We received the chair. Nice looking. Easy to assemble. Worked great for a few weeks then the leg lift part of the chair quit working. I was upset that I could not find a phone number for this company but I did email them with my problem. Surprisingly to me they answered right away even over the weekend. They pin pointed the problem. They sent me a new remote right away that was very easy to change out and now we are back in action. I’m very impressed with their response. Dora was so helpful and responsive and we do love the chair. I would recommend this chair and this company. ... show more
