I have been taking these gummies for several months. I cant do the powder bc of the consistency. But these gummies are so delicious!! They taste great, they do the job for my strength and recovery, and there is no gross texture like the powder.

I was really excited about being able to micro dose with these thru the day. I was shocked to find out that they had such an overwhelming plastic taste. I'm bummed out that I have a bag full of expensive gummies that I have to throw away. 😫 😫😫 UPDATE 9/2/24: Contacted seller and they apologized for the bad shipment. They promptly sent me a new bag and it was very good. Definitely a learning curve on the taste as it's creatine, but totally edible unlike the toxic discolored original shipment. ... show more

This product was recommended to me by someone I know so I ordered it. I didn’t see all the negative reviews and was hoping that it was just an anomaly with shipping in high heat. I was relieved to discover that the gummies were not stuck together. I’ve only taken it for 2 days…and today I only took 1 gummy since I get GI upset very easily. I felt like I had more energy and it is curbing my appetite! I’m not sure why that would happen, but I am sensitive to a lot of stuff. Great product, quality and flavor but the package I received all the gummies are basically melted together, not easy to just stick you hand in and grab 3, so for that “I’m out” ~MK Fix that packaging or send me a new one with out this melted issue and I’ll do another review.
