This power washer was a great purchase. I researched electric power washers extensively. I originally was going to buy one with the highest psi I could find because I thought they were the best. But then I came across this craftsman model. First of all the craftsman brand is one that I trust. I read one of the reviews that was written by a person who had been a professional power washer for years. What he said made sense to me. He states that there’s “no electrical way that 120 v of electricity can deliver some of the higher psi’s “ that are supposedly put out by some machines on the market. I trusted his review and I’m so glad I did. My 16 year old daughter assembled in very little time, so assembly is easy. If you look at the pics I included you can see how well it works. I didn’t even realize our patio was that dirty! We also used it to strip paint off of our door and steps. Changing nozzles is easy. The power cord and sprayer hose are plenty long enough. Husband has a gas powered, heavy duty pressure washer. I had one that was a cheap electric that I loved due to the simplicity of use, but unfortunatetly broke over this last weekend. I ordered this one because I am a Craftsman fan, and I don't want to have to prime, haul and pull start a huge unit. I just got it last night and have already cleaned off our HUGE cement back patio. The turbo jet works very well. All the grime of winter is gone, and have plans on using this for also cleaning water troughs for animals like I did with my previous. I cant believe it. The pump no longer shuts off and the additional pressure locks the trigger of the gun and you cant squeeze it to release the build up of pressure. The only way I can get it to function again is to "run" (I'm paralyzed below the knees) over and turn it off. I then have to wait for the pressure to go back out the intake side of the pump. I cant return it because its 4 days past 30. Amazon gets in the way so there is no after sale person to contact. I used it to wash my car twice! Not pressure wash something difficult. An on off maybe 15 minutes of run time both washes. NOT worth it! ... show more

I love this pressure washer. I have never washed my back patio since I bought my house in 2018. Finally pressure washed it and with only water no solution. I would say it came out really good. I do recommend this pressure washer to anyone looking for one.

I pressure washed professionally for years on commercial washers, so when I chose my own, I chose this one. That choice may not seem to make sense but I’ve seen it all with fuel, noise, pumps giving out, and the price tag of some washers being $1000+. I tried another electric pressure washer that touted 4000+psi and 4.0gpm. If you ever see that in an electric washer, run, because there’s no electrical way 120v at 15amp can deliver that much power. I returned it. The ideal scenario is getting the psi and gpm to similar numbers, like 2500psi 2.5gpm or 3200psi and 3.1gpm. So 1900psi at 1.2gpm didn’t make a lot of sense to me, but probably the most any electric washer can move is 1-1.2gpm. But I’ve been impressed with this washer. If you put your hand in front of the yellow tip, not too close mind you, it stings. I’ve had gas ones that don’t do that. The turbo tip is nice though basic but it works good. Fairly quiet unit overall, metal attachments, and 3-year limited warranty. I doubt you’ll find this much on most of the other electric ones. Do yourself a favor and don’t believe the other electric washers touting the 3-4000psi and an insane amount of water. It’s a lie; Look for the data plate for actual specs. Unless the specs are listed on the unit, do not buy it. ... show more
