I pressure washed professionally for years on commercial washers, so when I chose my own, I chose this one. That choice may not seem to make sense but I’ve seen it all with fuel, noise, pumps giving out, and the price tag of some washers being $1000+. I tried another electric pressure washer that touted 4000+psi and 4.0gpm. If you ever see that in an electric washer, run, because there’s no electrical way 120v at 15amp can deliver that much power. I returned it. The ideal scenario is getting the psi and gpm to similar numbers, like 2500psi 2.5gpm or 3200psi and 3.1gpm. So 1900psi at 1.2gpm didn’t make a lot of sense to me, but probably the most any electric washer can move is 1-1.2gpm. But I’ve been impressed with this washer. If you put your hand in front of the yellow tip, not too close mind you, it stings. I’ve had gas ones that don’t do that. The turbo tip is nice though basic but it works good. Fairly quiet unit overall, metal attachments, and 3-year limited warranty. I doubt you’ll find this much on most of the other electric ones. Do yourself a favor and don’t believe the other electric washers touting the 3-4000psi and an insane amount of water. It’s a lie; Look for the data plate for actual specs. I washed roughly 1800 square feet of concrete that was dark with mold and dirt, it took about 8 hours total. It did a good job, but if you have a lot to do, &/or you're going to do it often, you might consider a larger unit. The turbo nozzle is handy and does about a 3-inch circle at the distance from the surface that I used. The concrete looks great! ... show more

Out of the box, it was an easy assembly. During my first couple of uses the high pressure pulsated rather than being steady. I checked the pressure on my hose supply, and it was a steady 65 psi. A pulsating pressure washer is not much good. I then discovered that there was no return option. I was eventually routed to a phone call from an AMAZON customer service person with a heavy Indian accent and a caller ID that said "Private Person". In the long run, I got a credit, but this is my first time having a poorly supported "Craftsman" product. Pick another brand. ... show more

Husband has a gas powered, heavy duty pressure washer. I had one that was a cheap electric that I loved due to the simplicity of use, but unfortunatetly broke over this last weekend. I ordered this one because I am a Craftsman fan, and I don't want to have to prime, haul and pull start a huge unit. I just got it last night and have already cleaned off our HUGE cement back patio. The turbo jet works very well. All the grime of winter is gone, and have plans on using this for also cleaning water troughs for animals like I did with my previous. I love this pressure washer. I have never washed my back patio since I bought my house in 2018. Finally pressure washed it and with only water no solution. I would say it came out really good. I do recommend this pressure washer to anyone looking for one.
