Actually arrived (2) two days earlier than promised. I received the delivery texts and they were right on time. The package arrived in great condition. Overall quality of the cabinet is in my opinion very good. Fit and finish are excellent. The drawer operation is smooth and they latch when closed. The chest comes almost as advertised. The chest is very sturdy, built excellently, and the drawers have a wonderful glide to them. Unfortunately, the height specified in the product description did not include the casters, so it would not fit under the shelves I had measured for. Fortunately my shelves are adjustable, so it wasn't a big problem. The delivery service Amazon contracted out to was not professional at all, which is where my biggest level of dissatisfaction comes. The delivery arrived 2 weeks later than promised, delivered 30 minutes prior to my delivery window, and left before I even came to the door. The tool chest was damaged due to their handling, but not enough to initiate a return or refund. These chests are STURDY. ... show more

Order the 26" edge rolling cabinet in March 2021. Received the wrong toolbox thanks to Amazon. So Amazon arranged for a replacement delivery and return swap. The freight carrier xpo logistics refused to take back the DeWalt box claiming they had no instructions for a pick up. The DeWalt box set in living room for six months due to constant rescheduling with xpo logistics freight company. They finally came to pick up the item but then had attitude when they had to move box from front door to the curb. I had already carried box to curb two previous times for them, but the pick up was rescheduled. Wasn't doing it a third time. Box weighed around 150 pounds. The replacement was delivered about two weeks after I originally purchased the tool box. Unfortunately, while it was the correct toolbox, it was not assembled correctly. One drawer was too short. Had to contact Stanley black and decker who said I had to contact their Waterloo division. I was sent the correct drawer free of charge but then had to install it myself. This entire experience was nothing but trouble. First, Amazon messed up and sent the wrong box. Then the freight carrier xpo logistics made me safely store a large item like this in middle of living room 6 months. When I did get my toolbox, it hadn't even been assembled properly and I had to fix this myself. Almost regret not buying the Kennedy 8 drawer tool cabinet but they can't make a descent toolbox now either so there's really no winning. Box is ok. Needed a box with more drawers. These were stiff and not that smooth. Even the new replacement drawer they sent. It does look nice. The casters could be better. Should last for a long time. Bought it for work as tool technician. And Amazon, Waterloo, and xpo logistics all finally got everything situated and were easy enough to deal with but a very unfortunate series of events. ... show more

Tool box showed up obviously repacked must have been a return. Box is covered in hand prints, dirty and scratched. Box must have been dropped as it is warped with broken welds.

This is a heavy piece. I do not like that you have to lift the top lid so the drawers will open. It's a pain if this is on a full sized, rolling tool box and you're under 5'10".
