I love this product! I barely turned it on and in 20 minutes I had plenty of ice. It’s pretty quiet and fast. Not “nugget” ice yet still very soft ice. Amazing price and great quality. I will update you in a couple months to tell you how it is running!

    • Good machine, but LOUD
I read many reviews before purchasing. Some said it was loud, but others said it was quiet. I took my chances, hoping to get a quiet machine. No such luck. It is VERY loud when making ice. If I had to keep it in my kitchen, I would have returned it. Fortunately, I have a pantry with countertops to put it in. The machine itself works well. As the unused ice melts back into the water storage area, it reproduces more ice. It doesn’t make a ton at one time, so you would have to scoop out and put in a bag to freeze if you want a lot.     • Horrible product
This machine is so loud I can hear it over the tv in the next room. The ice melts too quickly and turns to mush. It claims to make 34 lbs of ice in 24 hours but I do not see how.

    • Lil Machine is Awesome
Makes ice SO fast. I put it in a container and store it in my freezer. You would have to be a heavy ice user, like need to take ice baths type ice user, to use all the ice this thing could make in a day.

    • Ice dispenser isn’t designed well.
We are going back to our old Igloo ice maker. The pellet ice is great, but the design of the dispenser is bad. The ice backs up coming out of the slot so you get a message that it’s full when it’s not. Ends up making about half the ice it should unless you constantly move the ice around.

This works great guest love it as much as we do! It is a little loud. I don’t mind it too much. I still feel like it’s definitely worth the money and it’s not so loud that it drives me crazy. Recommend.

Don’t get me wrong I LOVE this ice maker. I was just surprised at how loud it was. I have gotten used to it so it’s not as noticeable. The self clean function is fantastically easy.
