Love it! - Couldn’t figure out at first why it wasn’t building up pressure but, after asking questions and watching YouTube reviews I finally figured it out. The grounds were too coarse and not tamped in enough. Certain beans need to be grind fine in order to build up pressure to espresso level. There’s no owners Manuel, I’ve u tubed numerous times and can’t find a resolution to the issue. I feel like I wasted 300$! The machine doesn’t get hot. So much for home brewed espresso. Only gave 1 star because there isn’t an option for a minus

The media could not be loaded. I was originally disappointed because I could not get water to pump. I pulled the tank and sure enough there is a protective cover over the water tube. Once removed the unit worked as it should. (Duh). Hot water temp averages 180f. It really should be hotter (198-204) for good extraction. I really like the look of this machine. It is much larger than any traditional coffee maker or pod type esspresso machine, so make sure your space can fit it. Big Note!: the instructions that come with this machine do not match the actual machine buttons and functions. Also, I only use filtered water and after only 30 days, the machine flashed "Descale/ Clean ". I purchased coffee machine de-scale solution and attempted to follow the instructions from the manual that came with the machine. The steps, functions, buttons to press and what would happen during each step are incorrect and some didn't take place at all. I had to use trial and error and multiple attempts and a whole lot of guessing to figure it out. Machine had a small dent on the front of the drip tray when I unboxed it.
