It’s Cover Girl. What else do I need to say! Love it. At first try it didn’t make a difference. But I had scraped off a lot of the brush. The next time I dipped the brush a few times and shaped both brows. They stayed all day! I definitely will buy again!

It’s more on the watery side. I think I’ll use an eyebrow stick or gel instead of this. It’s not bad but it there’s better options.

I’ve used this product for a long time and after seeing some of the negative reviews (one reviewer stated it was an “ELF product- what??), I had to come counter them. I’ve never ever found “white residue” left behind, and my brows are black. It lasts all day, every day, even through kickboxing. My brows don’t move. The gel is clear and thick enough- definitely not watery. I’ll keep buying this as long as they keep making it. ... show more
