I like the rug style and colors I purchased. Mine have a tag that says to spot clean only. I worry they will become kind of dingy over time, but I won’t trust them in a washing machine, maybe a front load, but no agitator post. If you have pets (I have cats) you’ll need to occasionally tuck lose strands back into the stitching as the kitties seem to accidentally hook a bit of material out when rough housing with the rug. Minor inconvenience, hopes the stitching holds up to this. Keep a large needle or crochet hook handy. They make for a perfect accent rug, brightens the room. Not sure about how durable they are. And they’re not really plush under foot, but I didn’t expect that. I wanted rugs that were easy care and made the room brighter looking. Time will tell if they hold up. I think four is a most appropriate rating. Durability is my main concern, along with spot clean up having pets. ... show more

This area rug in my opinion it’s so nice the quality to the color and looks amazing at my front door . Several years ago I bought a 10x12 area from a store called at home in the teal colors and was a bit worried this rug wasn’t going to match but the two are like I had them made from the same place

The rug is very pretty. However, in the description, it says machine washable, but the care instructions received with the Chindi Rug say do not machine wash. That is a disappointment.

Giving a 5 star review for the rug. I have the same rug already and I love that its all cotton and at a great price. If you can find it from another vendor, I highly recommend purchasing it. >>> However heed this warning and do not buy rugs off Amazon! 90% of the rugs I have bought off Amazon smell like mold. I don't know where they store their rugs but they seriously need to correct the issue. I could smell the mold as soon as I opened the box. I cracked open the plastic packaging just to be sure, and yes, its coming from the rug. I have had this happen numerous occasions with Amazon and have had to return almost every rug I have purchased. I have officially learned my lesson and will under no circumstance purchase rugs from Amazon again. Such a hassle to return. ... show more
